Service Description: The electronic Water Rights Infomation Managment System (eWRIMS) is the California Water Resources Control Board's authoritative data system for managing water right records and permits in the state. The Calwater map service includes the different watershed levels from the California Interagency Watershed Map (aka "Calwater") v.2.2.1 data that are displayed in the eWRIMS GIS application.
